Justin
Bridge Associate
Justin is a trainer and coach, specialising
in Leadership. He began his career in the Far
East where we worked for the Kowloon-Canton
Railway Corporation. He worked as personal
assistant to the Chairman and was responsible
for designing and implementing an organisation-wide
change and improvement programme.
From Hong Kong, Justin, a New Zealander, moved
to England. Here he obtained an MBA from
The Cranfield School of Management and was
awarded the 1997 McFarlane Prize for Leadership.
Justin was recruited by A.T.Kearney and after
a three-year stint there, was recruited
by Corven Partners, a small, London-based boutique
consultancy.
In 2003 Justin set up Bridge Leadership and
in 2004, established Simply Speak It, a revolutionary
language coaching business. |
