Alastair has a career based in human behaviour.
After leaving university, Alastair, entered
the Market Research industry and began acquiring
the coaching skills required for facilitating
group discussions and depth interviews with
Ipsos UK. His talent for coaching was further
nurtured during his time as a senior consultant
and Head of Research at a strategic marketing
consultancy, Redmandarin.
Alastair is a professionally qualified coach,
a licensed career counsellor and a certified
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner.
He is member of the International Federation
of Coaching and Association of Coaching.
In 2004, an “Aha! moment” was
realised for Alastair when he a fulfilled a
dream of starting his own business.
