It contains modules run on a monthly basis on topic picked from: Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, Performance Management, Building Working Relationship (Transaction Analysis), Situational Leadership, High Performing Teams, Performance Culture, Influencing and Impact, Leading Change, Feedback and Conflict etc. The learnings are embedded with 1-2-1 coaching or Action Learning Groups
Complete Performance Programme (CPP)
The CPP is all round 1-2-1 performance coaching support aimed at taking a leader to the next level in effectiveness and efficiency. Excellent for leaders who are in role transition or experiencing change.
Accelerated Performance Programme (APP)
Directive, focused, hard-hitting and cost effective 1-2-1 performance coaching support for bringing-on talented middle managers. Excellent for behavioural change issues.
Coaching skills for leaders
It is widely accepted that a coaching is a communication style required by all management to enhance grow and enhanced performance in organisations. This course provided the coaching ‘know-how’ to begin a ‘coaching culture’.
Fast-Fix coaching
A one-off 1-2-1 coaching session for problem solving and gaining clarity of thought. Aimed at those who have experienced coaching in the past and who need an inspiring session to re-ignite them.
Leadership Development Programme
Focusing on developing leaders, this programme begins with 360 degree leadership assessment followed a series 1-2-1 leadership coaching sessions to take the leader from good to great.
Performance Coaching Clinic
Making personal performance enhancement affordable and accessible to a greater number of your talent. 6 hour 1-2-2 performance coaching sessions available per day at monthly intervals.
Performance Appraisal Programme
Aimed at the smaller organisation who would like to develop their staff. This programme consists of a 360 appraisal assessment which is distilled in Personal Development Plan and followed up with 1-2-1 performance coaching to support and enhance the development.
