Other times things aren’t so great and the minds wonders and starts to think about what else is out there that would give you fulfillment. Quite simply, there is no harm in exploring your options. In fact, as a believer that we ‘only live once’, I think it is our duty!

Our programmes are designed to take those, who wish to search, on a journey of discovery to see what is out there for them. And then, if the desire if great enough, help them grab the opportunity:

The Full Career Programme

The aim of this programme to take the ‘career explorer’ through a three stage process of discovery:

  1. Who am I? – understanding what makes you tick; your skills, talents, aptitudes, interests and values
  2. What do I want? – exploring all the possibilities and then filtering that with your  list ‘job satisfication requirements’
  3. How am I going to get it? – putting together an Action Plan for achieving your dream career

It is conducted 1 on 1 with an Aha! Career Coach, as support, and involves various exercises, assessments and questionnaires to aid the process of self-discovery.

The Career Re-ignition Programme

For those facing redundancy, here is the opportunity to turn a challenging experience into a positive experience. This programme is geared for both the private individual and corporate outplacement support. It is a flexible, modular programme to cater for the differing needs of the candidates. Candidates are able to conduct

  1. A full career assessment (similar to Full Career Programme above),
  2. Get help with self-esteem and confidence and / or
  3. Receive a toolkit to help them achieve their next job (CV creation, networking skills, interview skills etc)

The Right Career Programme

The Full Career Programme run for a group of ‘Career explorers’, the Right Career Programmev involves the same stages as the Full Career Programme and involves group work and 1-2-1 support from an Aha! Career’s Coach. An additional benefit of this programme is the group’s input into career idea generation brainstorm in stage 2 – What do I want? .
